Hi, Suppose that you have a two-way ANOVA design where each of the two factors has three or more levels.In the two way ANOVA there are no interactions, so we want to test within each of the two factors which level differs from the others. According to textbooks, this might be done by a Tukey test first on level A and then on level B. However, is the alpha-error still garuanteed if we perform two Tukey Tests on the same data set ?
