Dear colleagues,
I have a large survival data set of breast cancer patients who were
treated with different therapies.
Most of the patients were treated with more than one therapy. There are
a lot of combinations of therapies in the data set.
There is the hypothesis that not only the set of applied treatments but
also the specific sequence and duration of the different treatments has
a significant effect on an individual's survival time.
Does anybody have an idea how to code the individual's set, sequence and
duration of treatments as covariates in a survival model (maybe cox
regression).
Thanks in advance
Bernd Genser, A-Graz
