Hi,

I have a bunch of datasets with approximately 350 columns. I would like to
use the pivot table function in Excel to average across the labels. The
columns goes something like this:

I1 I2 I3 I4 I5 T1 T2 T3 I1 I2 T1 T2 T3 . . .

So as you can see, they don't have much of a pattern to them, which means
I can't apply any simple scripts to them.

I would use SPSS but I don't know how to get it to do this. Is there any
spreadsheet program or statistical packages where I can consolidate or
aggregate the data like in excel?

Thanks,
Ming Hsu
