I am not familiar with a Wilks test for randomness.  However, there is a
procedure published by Shapiro and Wilk (1965, Biometrika 52:391-411)
for testing departures from normality. 

It has excellent power in testing for departures from normality, but it
requires extensive tables and is adversely affected by the presence of
tied data.  (See Zar, 1999, Biostatistical Analysis, 4th ed., pages
88-89.)
