There are, for example, multiple-comparison tests for tests analogous to
the Tukey's, Newman-Keuls, and Dunnett's tests for means. These are
described in Zar, 1999, Biostatistical Analysis, 4th ed., pp. 231-233.

Subject: Multiple Comparisons of Variances
All -
I am looking for some references/help on multiple comparisons of
variances.
Are there methods for comparing the variances of several populations
(similar to ANOVA, Tukey's Paired Comparison, etc. for means)? Any
pointers
would be appreciated.
Thanks.
- Eric
