Postscript is a language used to tell printers what to do.
A postscript viewer interprets a postcript-formatted document to
view on a computer screen.

It shouldn't be too hard to print a postscript document--I
believe that HP laserprinters should be able to handle it.
If you have an HP laserprinter, you might check its manual.

But probably the easiest solution is to search the web for a free
or shareware postcript viewer that you can download.  One fairly
popular version is called "Ghostscript."  Such a viewer can let
you view the manual on your computer or print it.
