I am not sure how theoretical you want to be, but
B. Flury, A First Course in Multivariate Statistics,
Springer, 1997
is not bad. I also know for a fact that Mardia, Kent, and Bibby
as well as Morrison are currently being expanded and updated. But
these are still a year away.
