This follows a previous question posted. Realized I needed to be specific.
Am a stats novice and am trying to determine if I should be accounting for
familywise/experimentwise error. There is discussion on this re: ANOVA but am
unclear on what to do when using regression.
Am testing theory and trying to develop a model. Have entered 2 and 3 IVs
with the same DV to identify which model explains R-square best. Have 8
different DVs so 8 sets of these regressions.
So comparing the following with 8 different DVs.
Y = B0 + B1 +B2 + error
vs.
Y = B0 + B1 + B2 + B3 + error
The 8 DVs were originally to be combined into an index but due to sample size
problems I had to analyse each separately.
