Actually, I just noticed that the Guardian's prosperity 
measure was Gross National Product. Is this the same as 
Gross Domestic Product which, according to the original 
"Olympic" posting does take population into account? Not 
being an economist or statistician, I don't know how 
these measures are constructed....
