David, I believe you and will disemminate, but Palm beach is a bit of an
outlier, given the ultra-rich pop. of Palm Beach city itself. Now, I know
that the county is much more than the city, but can you take out PB City
vote to make your point even more bullet proof.
I am waiting for Russia to intro a motion in the Security Council
requiring UN observers at all voting counting to ensure honesty.
The motion will be called, "What's Good for the Goose ..."
As always, we Canadians stand at ready -- with eyes wide open in
amazement.
