Greetings
Does anybody know an algorithm, or a "statistical rule", to identify
sudden shifts of level in Control Charts (used in Statistical Process
control)? The idea is to implement such algorithm in a "pattern
recognizer" which will identify outliers, stratification, mixtures, etc.
