There are plenty of various statistical software.
Could you please give advantages the major stat. systems
over others and strength and weakness of them.
Eg. could you compare SAS, S (S+), SPSS, Minitab, Statgraphics (plus),
Matlab, Maple, Mathematica?
The software is to be used to help study statistics and probability
and/or to do serious statistical computation.
Which software do you use and why?
Which one do you advise to buy?
May be you could give some reference (e.g. online) articles, books?
