I want to produce a histogram in Exel and so far have managed to do this

What I really want is for the Category Y labelling to be **between** the bars to
reflect the fact that, although it is a histogram, the data is continuous.
In addition, is there any way I can *join* the last two bars together, so that they
form one bar with the frequencies added together and is double the width of a single
bar.
