Hi,

Sorry to trouble: I've started a discussion project on a Swiki
site at

     http://posts-as-vectors.swiki.net/

regarding the assessment of rate of cross-contamination of mails
by bioagents as an engineering problem, basically proposing that the
postal process in a section of the US Postal Service be modelled as
a flow network and then imposing a network of cross-contamination
rates, some determined experimentally on top of that.

Apart from contributing the idea in correspondence, which I already
have, I have no means of furthering work on the problem. I'm
posting it to these various related newsgroups hoping it might
stir enough interest in engineering students and others to pursue
it.

Followup to the Swiki site. Thanks.
