Dunnett's original tables (J. Amer. Statist. Assoc. 50: 1096-1121, 1955) include degrees of freedom of 60, 120, and infinity. The differences in tabled values between 60 and infinity degrees of freedom are not great, and harmonic interpolation can be used if desired.
These tables are also found in Zar, Biostatistical Analysis, Prentice Hall, 4th edition, 1999). Jerrold H.
