Hello, I'm the Systems Administrator that works with Owner of the EDSTAT LIST. I hope that the transition of the EDSTAT list and all of the memberships went fairly smoothly. Basically we have move the mail portion of the list to a new server, which will **NOT** allow for attachments and hopefully cut down on the amount of spam.
