I have pooled some means on a variable of interest from different papers. Imagine this variable is called "reactivity". From different papers I have 2 different means:
0.30 0.25 I want to estimate the range of normality asumming normal distributed data ( mean +/- 2SD). I would like to have the SD for these 2 means but it is not possible to get this figure from the original data. How can I calcultate an estimate of the SD in order to calculate the ranges of normality (mean +/- 2SD)?
