Hi, I have conducted a survey with two specific questions involved as follows: 1. type of organizational structure eg. A, B, C, D types 2. Importance of 5 business issues eg. Issue 1 : choose 1-5 (1 refers to critical; 2 refers to significant; 3 refers to impartial; 4 refers to insignificant; 5 refers to unimportant)
