Roswell Park Cancer Institute The Division of the Biostatistics at Roswell Park is seeking a PhD level biostatistician to take the lead role in organizing the biostatistical collaborations and support for the burgeoning efforts with preclinical and clinical epidemiologic, therapeutic and prevention researchers. Active programs exist in novel therapeutics, preclinical model development, and genetic markers of disease and disease response and strong clinical programs in prostate cancer, leukemia, lymphoma, gastrointestinal malignancies, breast cancer and photodynamic and biophysical therapies, clinical pharmacology and clinical and preclinical studies of cancer preventive strategies.
The successful candidate, responsible for recruitment and management of a new and expanded biostatistics staff, will have expertise in Phase I-III cancer prevention and treatment clinical trials. A commitment to aiding in expanding translational programs across RPCI will be a high priority.
