Why will you /have/ to implement a Cram�r-von Mises test?

It's a reasonable test.

Try D'Agostino and Stephens' book on Goodness of Fit - it should have
discussion on it in the chapter on ECDF tests.

Tables are in Stephens and Maag's 1968 Biometrika paper "Further percentage
points for Wn^2"
