Ability to set specifications for products undergoing release procedures. Strong understanding of confidence limits, data trending. Background in assays such as immunochemical, molecular biological, animal model. Working knowledge of the variability inherent in biological testing. Creativity re providing novel solutions/ approaches to data submissions for FDA, TPD (Canadian) approval. Ethical approach, with complete integrity, to data handling. PERMANENT POSITION.
