It depends what you mean by non-parametric. If you class resampling
stats as non-parametric there might be. If you mean ranking then the
question doesn't make much sense.

A deeper question is why do you want to test homogeneity? Have
checked the descriptive statistics (and covariance matrix)? These
should give you an idea of whether there is a violation and (most
importantly) the extent of the violation.
