I'm wondering if anyone out there is still using a program called Blaise ( http://www.westat.com/blaise/ ), published by Statistics Netherlands, to construct CAIs. If so, have you come across a convenient way to convert the Blaise .bdb files into a format readable by Microsoft Access?
I'm aware that this might not be the best forum for this question, but don't know where else to start. Any suggestions along those lines are also appreciated.
