A lot depends on your research hypothesis, but the general rule is that unequal sample sizes are usually not a problem. Sometimes the formulas are a bit more complex when, but the computer handles all of that. You may also lose a bit of precision for certain comparisons.

One concern is when you have unequal variability in groups of unequal size. Neither is much of a problem by itself, but in combination they can sometimes be troublesome.
