Hi! I have a very simple question on Poisson process.I want to find the rate of generation,u_G & rate of recombination, u_R of paths at a particular time instant.
u_G = No. of New paths/Total No.of Paths u_R = No. of Death paths/Total No.of Paths Does these sound correct? Morever, what is the differnce between Poisson process & birth-death process?
