These are very standard questions regarding normal distribution. If these are not homework questions, then you should get yourself a copy of intro stat book. Essentially, all you have to do is to convert the question into standard normal (not Mormal!) distribution, which has zero mean and 1 std. After that, you simply look up the probability in standard normal table.
