Hi!
I only have a very limited experience
with statistics, so I would really appreciate
your advices. I need to manage telephone traffic
statistics ("why we lost X minutes?", "how many
minutes will there be next month approx.?", etc.)
I think that I need some advanced topics like
Stochastics Processes.... but I'm not sure about this.
Any suggestions?
