Hi I am designing a usability experiment. and looking for a statistics to use. There's the old system and the new version with several parameters changed to a hoped better ones (about 6). Someone is doing the change and I can only have these setup, and only between subjects design, these are limitations. User attitudes are measured by a questionnaire.
Independent variables are rather nominal.:) Depend. variables are ordinal. I would like to be able to conclude is there improvement in user attitudes in one system over the other as measured. a be able to state if the difference is significant.
