Thanks for the input. Actually the experiment tests the protein content in bread baked from 7 diff varieties of flour at 4 diff temp levels .This is carried out on 5 days (blocks). This model assumes no nesting yet.In the next part of the problem I need to nest one of the variables. I need the model for this once without nesting and then with nesting.
