That depends on what you mean by a formula.

If you do a variable substitution: Xk -> k*Yk, your product becomes

  n!(Y1+1)(Y2+1)(Y3+1)...(Yn+1)

You can expand this as:

  n! (1 + Sum(Yk) + Sum (Yj*Yk) +  Sum  (Yj*Yk*Yl) + ... )
                    j<>k         j<>k<>l
