hi, I need some help with this question (the answer is below but how
do u get 0.060)

sales appera to be decreasing over time. What is the estimate of the
annual rate at which sales are decreasing?

(The answer is)
after seasonal effects have been removed the rate of decrease is 0.060
per quarter =0.24 ($'000) per year ie a decrease of $240 per year



I cant work out how u get 0.060 and 0.24
can someone please help
