The following query, from a correspondent, falls outside of my domain of expertise. Can any of you all suggest resources to which I can refer the researcher who wishes to predict a binary event across time?

is a pleasure reading your pages on how to use SPSS, me and my colleagues here
at Ohio State University use it quite a bit. We are now conducting a study on
bird use of constructed wetlands, and our data is based on observations over the
period of two years. We would like to use some form of repeated measures binary
logistic regression (presence/absenc in each year as a response variable). This
procedure is not offered as an option and we would like to ask for your help in
setting it up in SPSS.
