As near as I can figure -
you have "Missing data"  and no computation.

Vector one is length s, Vector 2  is length t,
and the combined vector is (s+t)  with "missing"
for the corresponding values.

I somewhat suspect that you have an application where you
*might*  want to fill in an estimated value for a correlation....
this is all that I can make of the question.
