This should be in any undergraduate statistics textbook. Visit your 
nearest library, or college library, if you haven't got such a 
textbook. Or do a Net search. Google responded to a request for 
"ANOVA and formula*" with 33,000+ pages, but on the first screen 
there's a link to "Formula sheet for ANOVA".

(Insert obligatory "give a man a fish" quotation here.)
