Check on the option for "dendrogram" in Minitab to see which
variables/observations are close with each other .

Please remember that depending on the linkage methods (single,
Ward,...) and distance measures (Euclidean, ...), the groupdings from
hierachical clustering analysis will be different.  You expert
knowledge on the subject should guide which groupsings make sense. By
the way, Ward and squared Euclidean are the most widely used linkage
methods and distance measures.

Also, draw lots of graphs first and do some additional analysis such
as principal component analysis.
