What would one expect to be the differences in an MS Applied Statistics program as opposed to an MS Statistics? I"m looking into a degree my Six Sigma using company would fund. I have a feeling the applied stats is the way to go, but there aren't an abundance of applied stats programs around and it's hard to tell the difference between programs applied at different institutions.
