I sometimes am suprised at the level of knowledge at Microsoft on their Excel product.
If anybody has time, go into their knowledge base article system (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;EN-US;KBJUMP) and look at article number 828124, "Excel Statistical Functions: CONFIDENCE" on their understating of statistics. If you have a chance let me hear about your comments. Part of this is in their new HELP section in Excel 2003. They sound like they are still back in the 1970's, or is it even worse then that???
