The nature of the question is not clear. You might be asking (1) What are "post hoc tests" ? Or (2) How does one do post hoc tests? Or (3) How does one interpret the output of the "post hoc test" procedures in the statistical package that I'm using? Or (4) something else altogether, such as queries about a particular variety of post hoc test.
