Repeated measures ANOVA in SPSS requires can't cope with missing data
points so incomplete cases will be dropped. The main solutions in such
cases are i) some kind of imputation of the missing values, ii) some
kind of multilevel model.

However, (for a simpler sdolution) you might want to reconsider the
hypotheses you are testing and consider testing them as contrasts using
a paired t test. This might get round problems with missing values (if
you are lucky).

No. The closest alternative is to rank the data within-subjects and run
standard ANOVA. It wouldn't avoid any of the possible problems in your
data set.
