Hello, I am using the arch-method of EViews to estimate a great number of equations. I would like use a loop for the estimation. Unfortunately, in a lot of cases my estimation did not converge. Does anybody know if there is a way to let my "program loop" know that the estimation failed?
The only solution I know of is to look at every estimation output and when necessary start another estimation manually. As I am doing a lot of estimations an "automatic/programmable" solution would be very helpful. Thank you very much.
