        What do you mean by "analytic"? In the usual mathematical sense [having
a well-defined Taylor series that converges to the function], the normal
PDF e^-(x^2) is analytic, and so, therefore, is its integral.

        Do you mean a rational approximation? One in terms of elementary
functions? This will affect the answer!
