I took a quick look over the Kernel Internals and, overall, it seems 
pretty good. Congratulations on the effort.
I'd like to make one observation, if you don't mind.

I think it's important to have some sort of 'bibliography' or 
'references' at the end, crediting the original writers when someone 
else's materials were used and pointing to the original slide sets.

That's not only helpful to the student so he/she can seek more 
information at the source, but also respectful to the original author.
