I imagine what people are talking about here is mainly E-Toys (or Squeak E-Toys) but I could be wrong.

Programming with Robots' was present at the summit, as were Guido and
myself, and Alan Kay. Squeak was capably demonstrated, plus
curriculum materials shared.
