[Edu-sig] KPL v 1.1 seems to go "Open Source"

I've never tried KPL "Kids Programming Language" (Windows, .Net based) but I just saw they're moving to "open source" for v 1.1 (which eventually/maybe open some possibilities for Linux/Mono/Python ports).
