Congratulations, the book looks impressive. Adding crunchy is a great idea. Btw, while Sphinx marks the HTML documents UTF-8 <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" /> the webserver serves the pages as iso-8859-1. This results eg. in ugly permalink markers (¶).
