On the topic of Robots (virtual and actual) controlled by Python, I wonder

I haven't had a chance to play with one personally.

Blockly likewise goes straight from blocks to Python (and Lua, and....)

Reeborg looks like one of the best-developed Python-based virtual robots
out there!
