Hi Shahar Or, unfortunately Ubuntu doesn't accept newer versions of upstream packages. It usually only accepts small fixes if one follows the SRU process: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates
You might try to change this bug report to an SRU, maybe the Ubuntu maintainer will accept it. >From Ubuntu 16.04 and onwards, LTSP won't be in the "main" component anymore, so it will be easier for upstream developers to publish versions for Ubuntu then. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Edubuntu Bugsquad, which is subscribed to ltsp in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1523227 Title: Packages outdated To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ltsp/+bug/1523227/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~edubuntu-bugs Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~edubuntu-bugs More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
