In addition to Ubuntu Desktop, Kubuntu, and Ubuntu Cinnamon, this also does not affect: * Ubuntu Budgie (us keyboard layout is shown) * Ubuntu MATE (their bootscreen is based off a version before the spinner so no keyboard layout is shown) * Ubuntu Kylin (same reason as MATE)
