Hello,

I've been trying to configure GDM for a few days without success. I've ran the GDM configuration program, but it doesn't seem to have any effect. I can tell it to change the background, turn on the "face browser", and the like, but when I go back to the login screen on the client I always get the same old login. No background, no face browser.

When I go back to the GDM config I can see all the options just as I set them. And I can see them in the gdm.conf file. So it looks like the gdm.conf file simply has no bearing on what the user sees on the thin client.

I tried copying the gdm.conf file to the /opt/ltsp/... directory, but that didn't seem to do anything.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Cheers,
Daniel.
