This is what I do... I sometimes keep the poster's e-mail in as well, if I think it's especially important that they see it. It seems to depend on the mail package you are using. I use Evolution... By the way, np about 'making a fuss' I am finding the discussion interesting, and I was also not aware of the protocol, as I have also always been on 'list-reply' groups.
